ESMO 2015 in Vienna

For the third consecutive year, we provided support to our client, a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Brazil, and his VIP guests with the organisation of an international pharmaceutical convention in Vienna. Despite a grey, overcast sky, the convention was a brilliant success, to which we contributed smooth and seamless on-site support.
Both in the run-up and during the event, we were responsible for registration and transfer management, hotel rooms as well as the framework program. Participants could approach us at any time at our hospitality desk directly on site. Since the “Prater”, Vienna’s famous amusement park, was right next door, the cloudy sky was quickly forgotten, and everybody was perfectly happy. We look forward to the next ESMO year.
