A team kick-off with much inspiration, motivation and energy for the new year.

With speaker Marc Gassert, at the beginning of the event the attendees had the opportunity to experience first hand and in a highly entertaining way how each and every one of us can grow beyond himself with just a little more discipline and willpower. With his inspiring keynote speech on the subject of energy and discipline, he put the participants in the right mood for the kick-off. The location of the “Gaszählerwerkstatt” in Munich was very carefully selected, since it matched perfectly the topic of the day and provided inspiration to the participants.

Thus motivated, the attendees gave free rein to their rediscovered energy during the second half of the day when they built a chain reaction. The features of the new product were implemented with great creativity and made visually tangible. Within a few hours, a chain reaction had emerged with a grand finale, in which the teams jointly launched their new product for 2016.

The final product: a one-of-a-kind challenge that reflected the great teamwork, creativity and motivation of the entire team.
